TNG Members support each other by providing favorable introductions, business referrals, and assistance relating to their business goals.

In the Members Only Meetings, Members may showcase their business, profession, expertise, and promote events as part of their Spotlight Speaker presentation. Members in their “home” Community may be scheduled at least once in their annual Membership cycle to deliver a 6-8-minute presentation. New Members will be added to the scheduled rotation as appropriate.

Membership Standards

We define a Member of THE Networking Group as someone who pays their Membership dues either monthly or annually, in good faith, while being an active and engaged participant of both the evening Champagne Events and morning Members Only Meetings.

Our best and most successful Members:

  • Make every effort to support the events and event leaders.
  • Are in regular communication with one another and with event leaders.
  • Regularly suggest quality Guests that matter to them and to TNG.
  • Attend additional “out of town” events and support TNG growth.
  • Attend all meetings for full duration and participate actively.
  • Schedule individual meetings with fellow Members and attendees.
  • Respond quickly to communication and take ownership and initiative.

This Membership Standard is expected of ALL Members in the TNG Community.

These standards are evaluated regularly, and performance expectations may be shared with Members throughout the annual Membership cycle.

If a paying Member is not performing within the Membership Standard upon evaluation by THE Networking Group Leadership, annual Membership MAY NOT be renewed to allow “the seat” to be available for others in the same profession or category.

All Memberships, whether paid monthly or annually, incur an one-year commitment. Annual Membership renewal is at the discretion of THE Networking Group Leadership based on the practices of the Membership Standards, as well as the popularity of the “professional seat” within the TNG Community. Members commit to a minimum of a one-year Membership.

Termination of Membership

Membership may be terminated after a minimum of ONE year from the application date. If, for whatever reason, the need to terminate Membership arises prior to the ONE-year cycle (relocation, change in business or employment, other various conflicts), THE Networking Group may take each scenario into consideration at their discretion.

After having joined TNG about 18 months ago, I have made not only great connections with various business professionals, I have established some really great friendships. Michael doesn’t just facilitate the meetings and gatherings, he teaches each member how to network: Always offering bits of advice to maximize the benefits of not just networking, but growing as a business professional. Having known Michael for well over a decade, his success is a tribute to his knowledge and skills of what being an entrepreneur looks like. He models what others can do and how that is repeatable for others. The formula for the meetings is consistent and allows time to actually get to know people — not just learn their name and profession. In terms of ROI — I can attribute 14.8% of my income in the first year in TNG to referrals and connections made. A good investment of money and time.

TNG goes beyond networking. It’s a dynamic community where professionals build deep connections, collaborate, and gain thoughtful and valuable referrals. The blend of virtual and in-person events fosters a wider network, meaningful interactions, and lasting friendships, making TNG an invaluable asset for my personal and business growth.

Christine Perez Raniets, Founder & Creative Director, Peran Design

TNG has been a “game changer” for me. When I joined in 2022, I was new to the world of national networking. TNG is an elite community of national networkers who care about helping others find success in their networking and business. It truly has become a professional and personal community of exceptional people who I am deeply grateful for. Thank you TNG!

The Networking Group (TNG) is a vetted community which of course means those qualified to successfully run a business however a major component of the members that is not necessarily promoted is that this is a group of folks, from Michael Goldberg and Tommy DiMisa down, who are truly there to support you in developing your business, and you, as well.

Dr. Dorothy Martin-Neville, Leadership Coach

I’ve been part of many recognizable networking groups over my professional career. I’ve found value in all of them as I believe you get what you give. However, I can truly say there is nothing like TNG. The level of professionalism, personal authenticity, and the unique “TNG” energy of the members and structure is like none other. I know my peers in the group have my back and are a wonderful resource. Every meeting helps us raise our game as professionals. The challenges, support, and guidance is so valuable.

Machen MacDonald, Business Growth Coach, ProBrilliance Leadership Institute

The Networking Group has delivered beyond expectations. My first visit was a bit overwhelming, there was (and is) a TON of energy in the zoom room! That energy has led to some very meaningful business connections, and even more meaningful friendships. The collective knowledge and wisdom of the group that I can tap into is priceless. Besides measurable gains in my business, I’ve grown both personally and professionally as a direct result of being involved with TNG!

Policies

We pride ourselves on establishing a high level, professional, fun environment with just the right amount of champagne cheer!

That’s why we have a “vetting” process.

We want you to return to our events often, refer lots of Suggested Guests, and of course, become an official Member!

That said, it’s important to keep our standards high as we continue to grow.

Below are our Policies that we hold all THE Networking Group attendees accountable to as we continue to raise our quality standard. Like raising a glass of bubbly!

Registration

All TNG guests have pre-registered, and therefore, prepaid for the event in advance.

*All paid registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable to future events.

Registration closes at 1pm on the day of the Champagne Event to allow adequate time to arrange Groups.

Attendance

Champagne Events usually begin at 6:00 pm and end promptly at 7:45 pm Eastern time.

Attendance for the full event is key. There are planned activities based on the registration list (table groups which have seat assignments), and therefore, attendees must plan to stay for the entire event.

If you absolutely need to leave early, please let the hosts know so they can plan accordingly (and re-arrange the table groups to cover the seat designated for you). If you happen to know prior to registering for the event that you will not be able to attend the entire meeting, we prefer you hold off and mark your calendar to attend the next Champagne Event rather than leaving early.

If you travel to the events from out of town, please consider your timing and schedule as you plan for THE Networking Group.

Attire for LIVE Events

Business attire is required to attend both the Champagne and Members Only Meetings. And of course, proper grooming. We invite you to show up to THE Networking Group looking your best! An upbeat, upscale environment is what we’re creating and your attire makes a difference.

Please, no jeans, shorts, sneakers, tee shirts, hoodies, or white socks.

Conduct

THE Networking Group is a professional and elegant environment lending itself to quality attendees having business conversations over a laugh and a glass of bubbly.

So please act the part!

  • No selling of products and services to fellow attendees – they’re not your prospects.
  • No adding email addresses of fellow attendees to your blog without permission.
  • Act positively, respectfully, and professionally always.
  • Be open-minded, listen more, and talk less.
  • Listen to your Table Captains and hosts.
  • Be responsible when enjoying adult beverages.
