Michael launched THE Networking Group (TNG) in 2014 in New York City and has since transformed the group into a national networking organization.

Michael has an extensive training and development background. He founded Knock Out Networking, a speaking and training company focused on helping financial advisors brokers managers and other sales producers grow their business.

Knock Out Networking has been a renowned resource in the financial services industry for over 20 years. Michael has spoken at numerous conferences in the financial services industry including the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and is a two-time TEDx speaker. Clients include Morgan Stanley, UBS, American Century, Northern Trust, Griffin Capital, Thrivent Financial, AmeriLife, Northwestern Mutual, and Columbia Threadneedle.

Michael is currently an award-winning adjunct professor at Rutgers University and frequently volunteers as a speaker at organizations focused on career search. Michael writes regular columns for Advisor Perspectives, Life Health Pro, Producers Web, Horsesmouth, and Producers E-Source, and has been quoted in the Harvard Business Review.
