TNG New Member Affiliate Program

The New Member Affiliate Program rewards current TNG Members who actively invite qualified guests to our events. Together, we grow stronger by welcoming professionals who align with our culture and values.

Eligible Events for Guest Invitations

Guests may be invited to the following events:

• Champagne Event (CE)

• Jumpstart (JS)

• Welcome Party (WP)

• Members Only Meeting (MOM)

Important: Guests must attend a Champagne Event (CE) before being invited to a MOM. Guests may attend one MOM as a one-time guest.

Qualification Requirements

To qualify for the New Member Affiliate Program:

• You must be a current Member in good standing (membership payments up to date).

• Guests must be a fit with TNG culture and consistent with our vetting process.

• Guests must join as annual TNG Members.

• Rewards apply when the referred guest becomes a Member within 60 days of their first attended TNG meeting.

Additional Guidelines

• The referral eligibility window is 60 days from the guest’s first attended meeting.

• If a former Member returns, a reward will only be issued if they were encouraged to rejoin by a current, active TNG Member. In this case, the current member who encouraged them will receive the reward.

• Personal communication (email, phone, or in-person follow-up) that leads to an annual membership is required for reward eligibility.

• Rewards are issued after the new Member’s annual membership payment is processed.

• Only one reward recipient per new TNG Member.

• Rewards are issued only for new, first-year annual memberships. Referring Members do not receive rewards for renewals in a Member’s second and subsequent years.
